Wheat flour with yeast800 g
Salt30 g
Sugar50 g
Olive Oil5 tablespoon
Water600 ml
Tomato sauce30 ml
Chicken400 g
Catupiry200 g
Milk100 ml

Take the wheat flour, eggs, milk and salt, mixing by hand until the dough forms.
Then take a roll and turn the dough into a disk and put it on a metal tray, putting tomato sauce, chicken and catupiry on top.
Then put the oil on top and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and it's ready.
