- Half cured cheese or ricotta300 g
- Olive oil100 ml
- Fine herbs, chimichurri, oregano and black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Basil to taste
- Cook the macaroni with salt in water al dente Reserve
