- Put the wheat flour, the yolk, the salt and the milk in a pan.
- Take it to the low fire and stir until the dough is unglued from the pan then let it cool.
- Shape the dough into balls and fill it with the cheese.
- Then pass it in the yolk and breadcrumbs
- In a pan add the oil and let it get very hot and then you can fry the balls
