- Wheat flour (1 and 1/3)1 cup
- Margarine at room temperature (100g)5 tablespoon
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese (fresh or bagged)5 tablespoon
- Yolk (for the dough)1 unit(s)
- Gem (for brushing)1 unit(s)
- Mix all the ingredients by hand until you get a smooth dough (if you need to add a little water to give the point);
- Then make small balls and place them on a baking sheet (no need to grease, because the dough is buttery);
- Then brush the egg yolk on the balls and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 to 25 minutes;
- When they are golden brown, it is a sign that they are ready;
- Now just taste 😋.
