-coloque polvilho menina vasilha e reserve 
-coloque para ferver, o óleo ,leite,água,e o sal. em seguida jogar por cima do polvilho (escaldar)
-apos esfriar, acrescentar o queijo, é os ovos.
- sorva bem, até sair o cheiro dos ovos e ficar uma massa bem lisinha, soltada da vasilha.
- fazer as bolinhas e assar em um forno pre esquecido, por mais ou menos  40/45 minutos .
