- Wheat flour2 cup
- At the beginning, cook the pasta with hot water, softening and leaving it reserved.
- Then take a pan, and cook the garlic, onion, ground beef, tomato paste, for about 6 minutes with a little water.
- Then melt the butter with the wheat flour, liquid milk and cream. Making the white sauce.
- Then, in a glass container, place the cooked pasta, pouring the meat with tomato extract already cooked together with the other elements. Alternating a layer of this with white sauce and cheese. Repeating the layers and ending with a layer of cheese.
- Then take it to the preheated oven at 200° for 25 minutes and it will be ready for consumption.
