- Fresh lasagna noodles500 g
- Mozzarella cheese400 g
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Prepared Tomato Sauce400 g
- Raw rice200 g
- Lettuce1 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato 🍒🍒200 g
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- In a small refractory put sauce, a layer of pasta, a layer of cheese, a layer of pasta, another layer of sauce and go until you finish the pasta. Finish with mozzarella and parmesan. Bake at 180° until golden.
- Make the rice: sauté the garlic in olive oil or oil, add the rice and place two fingers of water above it. Tampe and let dry, hang up and book.
- Tear the lettuce, cut the tomatoes and season with salt and olive oil.
- Assemble the plate as shown in the photo.
