  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese80 g
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Milk2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. Add the eggs, margarine, salt, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk and baking powder in a bowl, mix everything together.
  2. Then add the wheat flour little by little until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Pour the dough on a floured bench and knead very well until the dough does not stick to your hands, if you need you can add more wheat.
  4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into thin strips.
  5. In a pan add oil until it covers the sticks, fry the sticks over medium heat.
  6. Place the sticks on absorbent paper, then serve.
