  • Filo Conchiglione Pasta500 g
  • Shredded Chicken500 g
  • Catupiry1 cup
  • Bacon100 g
  • Milk500 ml
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Flour2 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Cheese100 g
  1. In a pan with boiling water and salt, take the pasta to cook as indicated on the package.
  2. In another pan add the flour and butter and let it cook a little, then add milk little by little and mix until it thickens and forms a white sauce season with salt and black pepper
  3. Sauté the chicken in the pan and season well, remove from the pan and add the catupiry to the chicken
  4. Fill the pasta shells with the chicken and catupiry filling and place them in the mold
  5. Put the white sauce over the macaroni, finish with cheese and bacon, and fry it in the oven until the cheese melts and serve.
