- Filo Conchiglione Pasta500 g
- Shredded Chicken500 g
- Catupiry1 cup
- Bacon100 g
- Milk500 ml
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Flour2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cheese100 g
- In a pan with boiling water and salt, take the pasta to cook as indicated on the package.
- In another pan add the flour and butter and let it cook a little, then add milk little by little and mix until it thickens and forms a white sauce season with salt and black pepper
- Sauté the chicken in the pan and season well, remove from the pan and add the catupiry to the chicken
- Fill the pasta shells with the chicken and catupiry filling and place them in the mold
- Put the white sauce over the macaroni, finish with cheese and bacon, and fry it in the oven until the cheese melts and serve.
