- Stuffing: Shredded Chicken and Cottage cheese to taste
- Start by making the shredded chicken for the stuffing. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and milk in the blender.
- Add the wheat flour and salt. Beat again for a few minutes.
- Grease a frying pan or pan. Put a portion with the spoon. (The + Thin, the better)
- Do it on low heat. When golden, turn and brown the other side.
- Stuff the crepes as desired.
