- Chicken broth1600 ml
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Salt to taste
- Margarine50 g
- Chopped coriander100 g
- Shredded chicken breast1 kg
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lightly beaten eggs2 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs350 g
- Saute onion in oil.
- Add the shredded chicken, let it smother for a few minutes so it doesn't get too wet.
- If necessary add more salt.
- Add the chopped cilantro and stir a little more.
- Reserve
- To make the pasta, place the chicken stock, margarine and salt in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil and add the flour all at once.
- Stir with a wooden spoon until it detaches from the bottom of the pan, about 10 minutes to cook the flour well (if necessary, add more wheat flour to form a homogeneous mass).
- Place on a CLEAN surface.
- Allow to cool slightly and knead the dough until smooth.
- Make the party drumsticks or if you prefer bigger.
- Dip in eggs and then in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil
