- Milk1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Corn1 can(s)

- Coriander, pepper and whatever seasonings you prefer1 to taste
- For the chicken: cook in the pressure cooker with chicken seasoning to get the taste while cooking. After, cooked, shred the chicken and then take it on low heat with the tomato paste to make a sauce. Add the corn, cilantro, peppers and chopped tomatoes, and a teaspoon of cumin or other seasonings of your choice.

- . For the puree: after the potatoes are cooked, mash them with a potato masher or in a mixer. Add 3 tablespoons of margarine, 1/2 cup of milk, a pinch of salt and mix not too soft or too thick. And your cream is ready.
- Assembly: Add half of the cream on a platter and spread, then pour the chicken over the cream and finally the other half of the cream on top. Spread it well. Finally, add grated cheese on top.
