- Cook the chicken with beef broth and shred.
- In the blender, beat the cottage cheese, corn and milk cream.
- Take the shredded chicken to the fire and add the cream. Add salt to taste and leave on low heat.
- In a refractory place the chicken with the cream, the mozzarella and finish with the potato straw.
- Bake in the oven until the mozzarella melts.
