  1. Cook the chicken with beef broth and shred.
  2. In the blender, beat the cottage cheese, corn and milk cream.
  3. Take the shredded chicken to the fire and add the cream. Add salt to taste and leave on low heat.
  4. In a refractory place the chicken with the cream, the mozzarella and finish with the potato straw.
  5. Bake in the oven until the mozzarella melts.
