- Fango breast200 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- liquid milk4 cup
- Garlic1 to taste
- Onion1 to taste
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Ham200 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Parsley1 to taste
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Maizena4 tablespoon
- Cook the lasagna noodles and then let drain.
- In a pan, season the chicken breast with garlic, onion, tomato, pepper and parsley and let it cook.
- After the chicken is cooked, let it cool down and shred it.
- In a pan, prepare the white sauce, with the milk, cornstarch, onion, garlic and cream, stir well until you get a homogeneous shape.
- After the sauce is ready, assemble the lasagna, put in sauce, 1 pasta, 1 cheese, 1 ham, 1 chicken, 1 pasta and finish with a sauce, if you wish, make 1 more layer of each ingredient.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20min until the dough is soft or until the cheese is golden and it's ready to serve.
