- I put the clean chicken in the pressure cooker with water until covered! After 25 to 30 minutes I remove the water and shake the pan to break it up! I sauté garlic and onion and then add the chicken with salt and seasonings (chimichurri, paprika, black pepper, smoked paprika, etc.) I also add a little chicken broth! Finally I add the two sachets of sauce. I reserve.
- For the white sauce, I melt the butter over low heat and then add the flour and stir for a few minutes. Then I add the milk and stir until the sauce thickens! Add salt and nutmeg if desired!
