- Chicken breast1 kg
- Ham400 g
- Mozzarella500 g
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Wheat flour6 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Coriander or parsley to taste
- Salt, black pepper and coloring to taste
- Sazon or Knorr broth to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Lasagna pasta250 g
- Oregano to taste
- Milk1 l
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- In a pan, heat the oil, place the chopped onion and the crushed garlic to brown, then add the peppers and tamate and let it sauté for 2 minutes, then put the coloral, black pepper and salt to taste, right after add the cooked and shredded chicken breast, mix everything, add the cilantro and let it cook again for 3 minutes, turn off the chicken and set aside
- Cheese sauce: In another pan, add the butter, turn on the fire and let the butter melt, then add the wheat flour and stir non-stop for 5 minutes, then add the milk, salt and pepper to taste and continue stirring until it thickens, then add the Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until the cheese is completely melted.
- In a pan with water and a little oil, cook the pasta until it is aldente.
- Mounting: Place some of the sauce on a platter, top with a layer of pasta, then another layer of sauce, then a layer of chicken, then a layer of ham, a layer of cheese and repeat the process until it fills all the through
- On top, make a very generous layer of cheese, spread the oregano on top and take it to the preheated medium oven for 30 minutes and it's ready.
