- Cook the chicken, shred and season to your liking, then add the two sachets of tomato sauce
- In a deep pan, heat the butter over low heat. When it starts to melt, add the wheat flour and let it brown, stirring constantly, when it acquires the consistency of dough, add the milk gradually, mixing vigorously to avoid forming lumps. cream and salt and mix well. Heat without boiling.
- cook the lasagna noodles or use the pre-cooked noodles which I used
- for lasagna assembly on the platter, place the red chicken sauce first, then the pasta, the ham, and when you get close to running out, place the white sauce and finish with cheese, sliced tomato and olives if you prefer.
