- Shredded Boiled Chicken350 g
- Tomato Extract3 tablespoon
- Knorr1 unit(s)
- Corn100 g
- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Sauce of your choice to taste
- Parsley or cilantro to taste
- In the blender, place the egg, milk, wheat flour, butter and salt.
- Blend in a blender until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- In a skillet greased with oil, cover the surface with a small ladle of the dough and leave for 1 minute or until the sides come loose.
- With the help of a spatula Turn the dough and leave for another 1 minute.
- Fry the rest of the dough and set aside
