Bata bem a massa. Ela fica líquida.
Utilize uma frigideira antiaderente. Unte com um fio de óleo, manteiga ou azeite.
Disponha a massa, espalhe bem na assadeira. Deixe no fogo baixo até começar a soltar as bordas, vire com a ajuda de uma espátula para assar o outro lado.

Enrole as panquecas, coloque em uma travessa, molho de tomate a gosto e queijo.
