- In the blender add the egg, oil, wheat flour, milk, salt to taste. Whisk everything together until well blended.
- Put a pan of tefron to heat with a few drops of oil. Pour some of the dough into the pan, forming a pancake, being careful not to get too thick or too thin.
- Filling In a pan, recerve the already cooked and shredded chicken. Saute with onion, garlic set aside add. Tomato extract, cream and then just fill the pancakes. Top the pancakes with tomato paste and grated cheese.
