- Milk200 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Grated Cheese Pack1 unit(s)
- Shredded Chicken500 g
- Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract100 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Preparation method (stuffing) In a pan add the garlic and chopped onion and saute. Then add the shredded chicken and salt and saute for 2 minutes. Lastly, add the tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Preparation method (Dough) In the blender add the egg, milk, oil and wheat flour. Whisk until dissolved. Add the grated cheese and mix well. On a non-stick baking sheet, brush with oil. Let it warm up and with the help of a ladle, add the dough. Bake both sides and let cool.
- Preparation (assembling the pancake) After the dough is baked, open the pancake and add the filling. Roll up and place in a mold with tomato sauce. Repeat the procedure and when all the pancakes are filled. Add tomato sauce and grated cheese on top. Ready, no need to heat up in the oven
