- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Cook the chicken breast and shred. Sauté with garlic, onion, add the green smell, pepper, salt, sweet paprika and squeezed lemon.
- Beat the eggs, oil, milk and wheat flour in a blender, mix well. Add the baking powder
- Heat a skillet preferably non-stick. Use a ladle as a measure for each pancake. Place a portion on the baking sheet and let it bake, but be careful because it bakes quickly. Turn the side and let it bake.
- Then fill the pancakes and roll them up. Place them on a platter that you can put in the oven.
- The sauce is just spread over the pancakes. Finally, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and bake for approximately 5 minutes, if you put mozzarella cheese for about 10 minutes, it's good!
