- Chicken fillet200 g
- arugula1 cup
- Olive oil100 ml
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cherry tomato100 g
- For the pesto, blend the arugula in the food processor with olive oil, salt and black pepper, you can choose to buy ready-made pesto
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in skillet
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water following package directions.
- Mix the pesto into the pasta al dente, add the cherry tomatoes and finish with grilled chicken
