- Mix all the ingredients of the dough, except the water, in a bowl, (note: only add water if you don't get the point) when you see that it's already coming off, put it on a stone, give it a light kneading... open half of the dough with the roll and put it on the platter, I put two layers of stuffing with mozzarella, put the other part of the dough covering, take it to the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden at 250° I already mentioned that my oven is not very good, so everything I do I put it at 250°, good for the petite...
