- Butter200 g

- Chicken Breast1 unit(s)

- Cottage cheese100 g
- Tomato Sauce1/2 unit(s)
- Salt, Oregano, Olive Oil and Black Pepper to taste

- Put the chicken in a pan with water to cook, then you have to shred it all. Reserve.
- In a bowl put the wheat flour, salt, egg, butter and a yolk. Make a smooth dough. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the diced onions. To braise.
- Put the tomato cut into cubes to sauté. Add the shredded chicken, corn, peas and olives. Mix well. Lastly add the tomato sauce and the curd. Mix again and turn off the heat and let it cool a little.
- In a mold with a removable bottom, place the dough on the bottom and sides of the mold and leave a little for the topping.
- Place the stuffing and the dough again. And bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool to unmold.
