- Shredded chicken breast1 kg
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Minho verde1 can(s)
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Cold butter1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- beaten egg yolk1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- liquid milk2 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
- Chopped Olives1 cup
- Chopped green smell1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the butter until it turns into crumbs.
- Add the other ingredients and knead well until it forms a homogeneous mass.
- Cover with aluminum foil and place in the fridge to rest.
- In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the chicken.
- Add half a cup of boiling water, and mix well.
- Add the tomatoes, wheat flour and let it cook for a few minutes.
- Mix the olives and sprinkle the green smell. Wait for it to cool and reserve.
- Line the pan with half the dough.
- Put the stuffing and cover with the remaining dough.
- Brush with the egg yolk and take it to the preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes.
