- FOR THE FILLING: Start by putting a little oil in the pan. Sauté the onion until it starts to caramelize, add the tomatoes and sauté until they melt well. Now mix the shredded chicken and mix everything, try the salt and adjust if necessary. The weather is your way. After the water that forms has dried up a little, add the tomato paste and corn. Mix and then add the oregano, mix again. Turn off the oven and cover the pan.
- FOR THE DOUGH: Before starting to make the dough, preheat the oven to 180°. In a blender, place the milk, eggs and oil, and in a large bowl, place the flour, yeast and salt to taste. Beat the liquids, and soon after mix the dry ones at once. Beat well with a fouet.
- ASSEMBLY AND SUPPLY: Grease a large glass refractory with unsalted butter or oil. With the help of a ladle put some of the cream in the mold, right after put all the stuffing spreading well, finish with the rest of the cream and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in the oven until golden.
