- Shredded Chicken800 g
- Chopped Onion2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract90 g
- Parsley20 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Chicken broth240 ml
- Place the butter and onion in a pan, let it sauté, add the garlic and leave it until it starts to brown.
- Add the chicken breast, tomato paste, parsley, salt and black pepper.
- Gradually add the chicken broth. And let it cool while you prepare the dough.
- For the dough: Place the flour, salt and butter in a bowl and mix with your fingertips.
- Lightly beat the egg and add it to the dough. Add the water little by little until you get the point
- Roll out 2/3 of the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and turn it into the shape (I used a 21 cm diameter removable bottom shape)
- Adjust the dough with your fingers. Roll out the rest of the dough and cover the whole shape and remove the rest of the dough from the sides
- With the remaining dough, cut strips and make a braid. Beat an egg and brush over the whole pie
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
