- Add the egg yolk, margarine, oil, wheat flour and 1 pinch of salt, for the dough, mix everything until it comes out of your hands.
- Cook the chicken, shred and set aside
- With the oil, sauté the garlic, onion and add the shredded chicken and the rest of the ingredients, except the milk.
- Add the milk until it boils and mix the flour until it thickens.
- Line a refractory with the dough, place the cold stuffing, cover the stuffing with the dough and brush with egg.
- Bake for 40 min over medium heat.
