  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Bay leaf to taste
  • Pastry dough1 unit(s)
  • Color to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  1. In the pressure cooker, cook the chicken breast with the seasonings for approximately 15 minutes. Then shred the chicken as usual.
  2. If you prefer, you can sauté the chicken with onion, garlic, parsley and the coloral. Once ready, let it cool down a bit and assemble the pastries. In the dough add a portion of chicken and a portion of catupiry then just close the dough. And fry.
