- Wheat flour400 g
- unsalted butter200 g
- Whole egg1 unit(s)
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Milk6 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Shredded Chicken1 kg
- Corn and Peas1 can(s)
- Seasonings: parsley/salt/garlic/baiano seasoning/chimichuri to taste
- Wheat flour (to thicken filling)1 dessert spoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Tomato / Onion3 unit(s)
- Stuffing: with the chicken breast already cooked and shredded, set aside... in a pan, place the onion in the oil with the chopped tomato, add the seasonings to taste, if there is any water left over from the chicken cooking, you can add it to the boil, add the flour of wheat to get creamy, the flour helps your stuffing not to get dry, then add the rest of the ingredients and set aside to cool.
- Dough: add the wheat flour with the cold butter and knead when turning into a farofa add the egg, the yolk and the milk and mix until it forms a smooth dough without sticking to your hands... Divide into two equal parts and wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- With the dough already cold and the stuffing too (tip of putting the hot stuffing, the dough gets wilted) open the dough and line a removable bottom pan or the one you have, stick a fork and make several holes, add the cold stuffing, open the rest of the dough and cover, you can make some decoration, it's up to you.... finally brush the yolk and bake at 180° for +- 40 min. or until golden Enjoy your food
