- 01 tray of chicken breast1 kg
- 01 coconut milk300 ml
- 01 Heavy cream200 g
- 02 small palm oil100 ml
- wheat500 kg
- green smell with coriander01 unit(s)

- Chicken Kino Broth2 unit(s)
- 1 large chopped onion1 unit(s)

- Cook the chicken for 15 minutes in a pressure cooker, save the broth, when cooked and just shred the chicken.
- Beat the wheat in a blender, add 1 and a half glass of water, add the coconut milk, bring the dough to a creamy point
- Put 1 liter of water to boil
- In a large pan add the palm oil and place the onion to brown and then add the rest of the vegetables.
- After the ingredients have been sautéed, add the Kino broths and the chicken breast
- Now add the chicken cooking broth and boiled water ideally that the water reaches the middle of the pan
- Gradually add the beaten wheat and always mixing very well, after having reached the point of the dough, add the Heavy cream.
