- chemical yeast1 teaspoon
- softened butter125 g
- brown sugar135 g
- 100% cocoa35 g
- vanilla (essence or flavor paste)1 coffee spoon
- large egg1 unit(s)
- Fractionated semisweet chocolate chips (drops)125 g
- Add all ingredients into a bowl or large basin;
- Mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass;
- Grease a mold with butter or mold release agent;
- Place the dough by spoonfuls, leaving space between them;
- Take to preheated oven at 190°C for approximately 12 minutes;
- Remove the cookies from the oven and remove them from the mold to cool on a wire rack;
- Let them cool completely.
