- Butter or margarine without salt2 tablespoon

- Sugar and Cinnamon to taste
- Oil for frying0 to taste
- In a pan, heat the water and add the butter and sugar over low heat. Then add the wheat flour, always stirring until the dough does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Then turn off the heat and add the eggs 1 by 1 after mixing well, put the dough in a pastry bag and make the churros then fry in very hot oil. After fried, pass the sugar with cinnamon and fill the churros.
