- Parsley, chives, tomato, peppers, oregano to taste

- grated mozzarella150 g
- In a pan, cook the potatoes, cut and without skin.
- As soon as they are cooked, drain the water well and knead them, adding 01 tablespoon of butter, mixing well until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Reserve!
- Then, with the chicken breast already seasoned, cooked and shredded, sauté it in a pan with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, tomato, pepper, parsley, salt, oregano and chives to taste.
- Now in a refractory, let's assemble the little hide.
- First put the potato dough then the chicken stuffing with pieces of cheese and on top place the potato dough layer again and cover with the grated mozzarella. Sprinkle a little oregano!
