- Sugar1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Shredded Coconut1/2 cup
- Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Dulce de leche400 g
- In a blender, beat the eggs with the sugar, oil and milk for 2 minutes.
- Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour little by little, stirring gently,
- Finally, add the yeast and mix gently.
- Transfer the dough to a greased shape with plenty of margarine, especially on the bottom and floured.
- Distribute spoonfuls of the dulce de leche on top of the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes. Unmold cold.
