- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- For syrup (condensed milk)1 to taste
- Fresh or dried coconut1 to taste
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside.
- In a mixer, beat the yolks with the sugar and butter until creamy.
- Whisking constantly, add the flour and milk until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Add the snow whites and the baking powder, mixing gently with the help of a spoon.
- Place on a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- FOR COVERAGE
- After removing the cake from the oven, unmold throw the condensed milk and coconut on top to taste.
