- Warm water2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Fresh Organic Yeast60 g
- Wheat flour1 kg
- For the stuffing I used bologna, mozzarella, tomato, oregano, onion, peppers and olives. Mix everything very well and set aside. to taste
- In a bowl, mix the water, oil, sugar, salt and yeast and mix well.
- Gradually add the wheat flour, the dough cannot be hard.
- Divide the dough into 2 or 3 equal parts.
- Roll out the dough with a square-shaped rolling pin, fill it and roll it up like a roulade.
- Cut into slices and arrange on a baking sheet greased with margarine and flour.
- Brush with the help of an egg yolk brush until golden.
- Let rise for 30/40 minutes and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese or sesame and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Remove and enjoy without moderation, hmmm 😋
