Penne200 g
Zucchini1/2 cup
Red Onion1/2 unit(s)
Black olive2 tablespoon
Carrot1/2 unit(s)
Parsley to taste
Cherry tomato1/2 cup
Grilled Salmon100 g
Salt Black Pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it becomes aldent.
Remove the pasta and pass it in water to stop the cooking process as the pasta is meant to be served cold.
Give the carrots, cut the zucchini, the tomatoes and the red onion
Mix everything together with the pasta, finish with the olives and parsley, season with salt, black pepper and olive oil.
And on top serve the grilled salmon
