  • Milk500 ml
  • Oil150 ml
  • Sugar5 dessert spoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour (approximately)1 kg
  • Fresh Organic Yeast45 g
  • Ham500 g
  • Mortadella500 g
  • Mozzarella Cheese500 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Mix the ingredients in the blender (except wheat flour)
  2. Pour this mixture into a bowl and add the wheat flour little by little, mixing with a large wooden spoon, transfer the already solid mixture to a bench and start the beating process. Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
  3. Chop ham, bologna and cheese, season with olive oil and oregano. *If you want, you can also grate (I used 500 grams of each).
  4. After the dough rises, divide into two portions, open with a rolling pin and distribute the stuffing of the cold cuts, roll up like a rocambole and cut the pieces in the proportion you want.
  5. Take it to rise again for approx 00:20 min, after brushing the buns with yolk, oregano on top.
  6. In the oven for 00:45 minutes or until golden at 200°C.
