- In a pan with boiling salted water, put half a package of farfalle pasta to cook.
- In another pan, sauté a small piece of bacon cut into cubes. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside. Discard the fat that the bacon released in the pan and in the same pan put a tablespoon of butter and three crushed garlic cloves to sauté.
- Add the broccoli chopped into small pieces to the garlic pan (use the stalks too), put a little water in the pan, and let the broccoli cook, use very little water and add it little by little if necessary, when the broccoli is “al dente” ” and the water has dried, add the 1/2 thick grated carrot and sauté for another minute. Finally add the bacon, the chopped hearts of palm and the tomatoes cut in half. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Reserve
