- Wheat flour2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Ground beef of your choice500 g
- Vegetables for meat temperature1 to taste
- Blend the dough ingredients in a blender. Check the texture (it cannot be thick or liquid). Adjust with more milk if you need to make it more liquid or with more flour if you need to make it thicker.
- Heat a medium non-stick skillet with a drop of oil or virgin olive oil.
- Place the dough in the center, so that it occupies 60% of the size of the bottom of the skillet. Spread the filling, stirring the skillet itself to spread.
- Let it brown on one side, turn and brown on the other. Repeat the process until the dough runs out.
- Fill the pancakes with the meat (approx. 2 tablespoons), placing the meat on the “whiter” side of the pancake. Roll up closing the ends (fold a little on the side and then roll).
- Top with the slices of mozzarella *one per pancake and with the Parmesan cheese. Step 5: Place in the oven to melt the cheese and brown. Ready! A complete and practical meal for the whole family. If you prefer, also make it sweet, with banana, apple or simply serve with sugar and cinnamon. It's a delight!
