- Chopped Olives to taste
- Grated cheese to taste
- Start by preparing the stuffing.
- In a heated pan add a spoonful of oil, garlic and onion and let it brown.
- Add the meat and let it braise and be very loose.
- Add the seasonings salt, edu guedes, chimichurri, paprika, cumin and let it cook a little.
- Add the tomatoes, coriander, tomato paste and olives and cook the meat with the pan covered.
- Stuffing cannot be too dry.
- To make the dough, first beat the eggs in a blender for one minute.
- Add the milk, oil, salt and wheat flour.
- Beat well. The dough will be a little liquid.
- Use a lightly oiled non-stick pan.
- Put some of the pancake dough, spread it well and let it bake in low fire.
- Repeat until you run out of dough.
- Place the stuffing on the dough disc and roll it up.
- Arrange on a baking tray. Cover with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Take it to the oven to give a light gratin.
