- Ground beef400 g
- Chimichurri to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Stuffing preparation: in a pan add the minced garlic and onion with a drizzle of oil. Turn thefofoebo low and add the ground beef. Mix well so that it is smooth. Season with salt, oregano and chimichurri (seasonings to taste). After finishing, book

- Preparing the sauce: add a sachet of tomato sauce to a pan with salt and spices to taste. Let it settle for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Assembly: open the pancake dough, put the ground beef filling and roll it up. Place on a baking sheet or refractory where you can place the pancakes side by side. After repeating the process with all the pasta, pour the tomato sauce on top.
- Optionally, you can add grated cheese on top.
