Oil (2 ½ cup)2 cup
Salt to taste
Ground beef500 g
Garlic (clove)02 unit(s)
Onion (half)01 unit(s)
Sazon beef01 unit(s)
Black pepper to taste
Sliced Mozzarella200 g

For the mass in the blender add: 03 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 1½ of oil, 2½ cups of wheat and salt to taste.
For the filling: Saute onion and garlic, add ground beef and seasonings.
Special tip! Add half a spoon of wheat to the stuffing to bind, and fix it easier for you to work.
Fry the dough in a non-stick skillet.
Stuff the dough, roll it up and assemble it on a baking sheet.
Top with mozzarella cheese, sprinkle with Oregano and place in the oven to melt the cheese for approximately 10 minutes.
