- Beat the eggs, oil and milk in a blender and gradually add the wheat flour.
- Then add salt to taste.
- And beat until it forms a hemogenic mass.
- With a kitchen brush spread the oil in a frying pan and pour a ladle of dough.
- Stir the skillet in a way that the dough spreads throughout the frying pan, wait for it to release from the bottom and turn the other side until golden.
- Do this on the table in order until the dough runs out and book.
- Season the ground beef with garlic, olive oil and salt to taste.
- In a medium pan put a thread of oil and add the onion, stir until golden.
- Then add the ground beef and mix all the ingredients together.
- Let it cook until all the water that has formed in the pan dries up.
- After adding the tomato, cilantro, and tomato extract and seasoning to taste, then let it cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- On a meat board, place the pancake dough and still with the warm sauce add and roll into a roulade shape.
- After all the pancakes are ready in a refractory add some sauce and put the pancakes then add some sauce and grated cheese on top of the pancake.
- And the pancakes are ready for dinner.
