- Milk1 cup
- Egg1 cup
- Ground beef1 kg
- Tempeto3 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Pasta: Mix flour, milk, egg and salt in a blender. Beat about 4 minutes
- In the pan you sauté the ground beef, along with the seasonings and salt.
- Then, with the beaten dough, make the pancake in a frying pan and put the meat stuffing and roll it up, put each one on a platter and throw the sauce on top and take it to the oven.
