- Wheat flour (dough)2 cup
- Egg for pasta2 unit(s)
- Milk for pasta2 cup
- Salt for pasta1 to taste
- Corn1 unit(s)
- Chopped Olives1 unit(s)
- Dough Preparation: Blend all the ingredients in the blender for 5 minutes.
- Then fry the dough like very thin pancakes and set aside.
- Filling preparation: Make a stir-fry with the ground beef and set aside. Sauce preparation: In a pan add oil, onion, seasoning, tomato sauce, green corn, chopped olives, 200 ml of water and salt to taste.
- Mounting preparation: Take the pancakes and fill with the meat and In roll, I do the same procedure until I run out of pancake dough.
